Inside the Multiband SoftRock

Here's a peek at the guts of my Multiband SoftRock. When hooked to a PC for decoding of the I/Q signals, this small box can receive 48KHz-wide swaths of 80, 75, 40 and 30M. The rotary switch selects different LO crystals, and a latching relay scheme selects the appropriate input bandpass filter. Total power consumption is about 20mA.
