QRP Afield... SSB Activity??

Will there be enough SSB activity to make QRP Afield worth trying from Colorado? My CW is pretty poor.
Also what do people interpret the SSB power max to be? Some definitions of QRP are 5 watts input... others allow the 10 watts input of an ICom 703, since the SSB output is at best 5-Watts RMS.

How much SSB?
I see you haven't had a response. I'm not qualified to give you one, though, because I've been CW only in this contest. I imagine there's not much SSB activity, but you might give it a try. Nothing ventured,...
As for defining QRP SSB, I don't know if that's been specifically addressed for QRP Afield. If I was in your shoes, lacking guidance from the Rules, I'd do what I thought was right and call it good. The important thing is to get your low-powered rig on the air, preferably from the field.
Good luck!
