Gentlemen:
The following is a note I received this morning concerning our club's visit to League Headquarters in Connecticut. I have been working with the ARRL for several weeks making arrangements for the NE QRP Club to visit League Headquarters and it would be especially beneficial for our membership to spread the word and have a representation. In coordinating a meeting such as this, I made contact with Ed Hare - W1RFI, Zack Lau W1VT, Dave Sumner K1ZZ, and finally Harold Kramer - WJ1B to allow us the time and space (without charge or fees) to conduct a meeting in the conference room and be at League Headquarters.
We will be able to operate our QRP rigs on the "new" ARRL antennas, if you wish, and also to operate W1AW if the station is open at the time. Bring battery power if you need to operate your favorite QRP rig and perhaps a pen & paper to record who you made QSO. We will be the guests at ARRL on a weekend day which is seldom, if at all, permitted for the league pays their help by the hour.
Bring your wallet, or credit card, to buy anything the ARRL book store has to offer and of course as always, lunch is on you at the local restaurant nearby. Please pass the word to other NEQRP members and buddy-up for rides to Connecticut to defray travel expenses. For all the NE-QRPers in Connecticut.see you April 21st at 9am.
Let me hear from...,

Dennis,
We're happy to host a meeting of the New England QRP Club. Sean Kutzko, KX9X
our Contest Manager and Chuck Skolaut K0BOB, our Amateur Auxiliary
Coordinator will probably both be here. I'll copy them in. Contact me
when you get closer so that we can make sure that we have the final
arrangements nailed down. I would be there to say hello, but I'll be in
Washington DC at another event that weekend.
Regards/73,
Harold
Harold Kramer, WJ1B
