The NEQRP is fortunate to meet regularly at ARRL headquarters. Our annual meeting alternates between Newington and Boxboro.
2007 Annual Meeting is August 12
The club has been, once again, invited to the ARRL Board Room for our yearly gathering. Presently, the agenda is open and if you have an item you wish to bring to the membership, please let me know.
As in the past, the meeting will convene in the morning (9 am), followed by a lunch in one of the fine restaurants in downtown Newington, with a wrap up using station W1AW. QRT for using the station is 3:45 PM. If you would like to bring YOUR QRP rig to the station's "new" antenna farm, tuck it under your arm and haul it in!
NE QRP Meeting @ ARRL August 12, 2007
There were several members who met at the ARRL Headquarters early Sunday morning who were met by our host Mike Tracy KC1SX. Early coffee and donuts and a lot of gab filled the air with ideas and projects well done. Lunch was at Vito's Restaurant, just up the street, and everyone was delightfully satisfied. Several members headed home from the restaurant while the weather conditions were PERFECT.
